Do I need to send you my login details?
We’ll confirm access details after your onboarding form is submitted.
In most cases we request collaborator / admin access instead of passwords
where possible.
What happens after I pay?
You’ll complete the onboarding form with your brand details. Once submitted,
you’ll receive a confirmation, and then we will follow up with your
proposed content schedule and start date.
Can I cancel or change my package?
Yes. You can request changes before your next billing period. Just email us
using the contact details below and we will adjust your plan.
Which platforms do you support?
We primarily support Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. If you need another
platform, mention it on your onboarding form and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
